REGISTRATION

The event is open to oil and gas professionals and business visitors.

All attendees are requested to register. Registrations can be made in advance online here or onsite during exhibition opening hours.

Children under the age of 16 will not be admitted under any circumstances.

Registrations can be made onsite during registration desk opening hours at our new venue – Exhibition World Bahrain.

The conference registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all conference sessions
  • Conference proceedings
  • Invitations to 3 lunches
  • Refreshments at tea & coffee breaks
  • Admission to the exhibition
  • Conference delegate bag

Entry to the exhibition only is free of charge on all days.

The following credit and debit cards can be used as payment: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Registration for students is complimentary, and includes admission to conference sessions, the exhibition, conference proceedings and coffee breaks. Admission to the lunches and a delegate bag are excluded.

Students are required to provide a copy of their current student ID upon collection of badges.

Registration for the show is not date specific and is valid for the duration of the event from 19 – 21 February 2023.

All conference registration cancellations or changes must be received by Informa Markets by 31 January 2023. Conference registration cancellations will be charged a fee of US$ 150 per delegate. Refunds, less cancellation charges, will be made until 31 January 2023 after which date no refunds will be made. No refunds will be made if a delegate fails to attend

AT THE EVENT

The show will take place at our new venue, Exhibition World Bahrain.

The next edition of MEOS GEO will take place from 4 – 6 February 2025.

Registration and timings for the 2025 will be available closer to the event.

Visas are not required by GCC passport holders. Visas are required by all other nationalities visiting Bahrain. For up to date information on eligibility for visas on arrival, or to apply for a visa via the organisers please see our visa section.

Badges and conference materials may be collected at the registration desks during registration desk opening hours. For security reasons, badges and conference materials must be collected in person.

Conference proceedings will be distributed electronically to delegates after the event.

MEDIA

Members of the media are welcome to attend MEOS GEO. Admission is free of charge. Media are eligible to attend:

  • The exhibition
  • Conference opening ceremony
  • Conference panel sessions

Media are not permitted to attend conference technical sessions.

Members of the media are required to register for a media visa in advance of their visit to Bahrain. Applications should be made directly to the Bahrain Ministry of Information Affairs. For further information on requirements and to apply online visit: www.mia.gov.bh
