The event is open to oil and gas professionals and business visitors.

Registration for the show is not date specific and is valid for the duration of the event from 19 – 21 February 2023.

Children under the age of 16 will not be admitted under any circumstances.

Registrations can be made onsite during registration desk opening hours at our new venue – Exhibition World Bahrain.

The conference registration fee includes:

Entry to the exhibition only is free of charge on all days.

Registration for students and faculty is complimentary, and includes admission to conference sessions, the exhibition, conference proceedings and coffee breaks. Admission to the lunches and a delegate bag are excluded. Students and faculty are required to provide a copy of their current student ID upon collection of badges.

All conference registration cancellations or changes must be received by Informa Markets by 31 January 2023. Conference registration cancellations will be charged a fee of US$ 150 per delegate. Refunds, less cancellation charges, will be made until 31 January 2023 after which date no refunds will be made. No refunds will be made if a delegate fails to attend

Members of the media are welcome to attend MEOS GEO. Admission is free of charge. Media are eligible to attend:

Badges and conference materials may be collected at the registration desks during registration desk opening hours. For security reasons, badges and conference materials must be collected in person.

Conference proceedings will be distributed electronically to delegates after the event.
