Tracy Josefovsky is Vice President of Human Resources at Halliburton. Previously she was Senior Director of Human Resources for the Company’s Global Business Lines. Ms. Josefovsky joined Halliburton in 2000 as an Accountant in the finance department. In 2003 she transitioned to Human Resources and held a series of roles with increasing responsibilities including Global Human Asset Manager and Director of Human Resources for Corporate and Support Services. In 2014 she was appointed Senior Director of Human Resources for the Completion & Production Division and in 2016 she expanded her role to cover all product service lines as Senior Director of Human Resources for the Company’s Global Business Lines. Tracy holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Centenary College of Louisiana, has a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, and is a 2014 President’s Leadership Excellence Program (PLEP) graduate, Halliburton’s year- long executive training course.
