Dr Saif Sultan Al Nasseri is the Group Human Capital Director of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), one of the world's leading energy producers and a primary catalyst for the growth and diversification of the Abu Dhabi economy. With a career spanning more than 20 years, Dr Al Nasseri has held several key executive and board positions, including Chief Executive Officer of ADNOC Gas Processing, the UAE’s major supplier of gas related products. In July 2021, he was additionally appointed as General Manager of ADNOC Industrial Gases, a leading producer of Nitrogen and Oxygen to customers for various industrial uses including the supply of medical-grade products and services. He presently serves as a Member of the Board for Borouge and the Abu Dhabi Vocational Education & Training Institute. Dr Al Nasseri holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona, USA (1996), an MS in Economics from California State Poly-Technic University, USA (1999) and a PhD in Economics from the Griffith University, Australia (2006). He also honorably serves as a Harvard Business School Alumni.
