At the forefront of HR leadership, Najwa S. Al-Azaimi is a dynamic and inspirational HR Director at Saudi Aramco, the world’s largest integrated energy company. Her leadership in HR has driven numerous strategies aimed at ensuring our talents are prepared with the right skills to meet future challenges in a rapidly changing digitalized world. These future-oriented strategies have successfully transformed multiple entities across the company, thereby driving business results. Najwa is responsible for the development of leaders and professionals, along with curating relationships and programs with leading international business schools such as Harvard, Stanford and the London Business School. In addition to her role as an HR leader, she is currently acting manager of Corporate Communications Support Department and Public Affairs’ Special Projects. She leads a number of the company’s Corporate Communications functions, including major events and exhibits, media and publications, and has historically led Corporate Citizenship initiatives across the Kingdom. As an influential communicator, Najwa is also recognized as a presenter to high-ranking VIPs visiting Saudi Aramco, such as Ministers, CEOs, Board Members and the Shura Council. She has also served as a member of Executive Committees of MEOS, IPTC and others, in addition to being the chair for a variety of conference workshops, including the International Petroleum Technology Conference 2020 (IPTC), Youth Programs, and chair of the IPTC D&I Workshop in 2021.
