Juan Carlos Gonzalez Bonilla is a Senior Vice President with OMV’s Energy Division. Since joining, he has been driving innovation in portfolio strategy as well as integrating technology investment to sustain competitiveness while delivering carbon management goals. He is passionate about creating trust and transparency in supply chains as an integral part of a viable, credible acceleration of the future energy markets. His international career spans more than 20 years, covering leadership roles as well as advisory in the areas of portfolio management, business models, operational excellence, digitalization, and corporate strategy. Formerly with Schlumberger, he has worked with various companies across Asia, Middle East, and Europe in addition to experience with technology entrepreneurship in the U.S. Juan Carlos has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of California Los Angeles and a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California School of Law. He is a frequent public speaker, and published author with various industry papers and articles.
