Alejandro Duran is the Vice President for Baker Hughes Subsurface and Consulting Services based in Houston. His extensive experience in the O&G Upstream environment was gained through 26 years in operational and support roles in four continents. Skilled at establishing operational excellence, creating and implementing growth strategies and demonstrated ability to effect change in complex organizational environments. In his current position aims to provide best-in-class support to Baker Hughes customers thorough a global team of 500+ SMEs and geoscientists on Exploration, Field Development, Brownfield rejuvenation and decarbonization, Geothermal and Carbon Capture. Alejandro holds two university degrees in Industrial Chemistry and in Chemical Engineering, both from the University of Bologna, Italy.
